It's a very sketchy outline, actually, and doesn't touch on most of the main action, but I had to figure out when the three great wars might have taken place, and who was how old when. Since we're not /actually/ told. And when the villages might have been founded, too. And because Kishimoto Can't Do The Math himself, there's a whole lot of fudging and stretching involved. My best guess is that the villages were founded 50 years pre-canon-start, with the first war ten years after that, the second twenty later, and the third only a year before Kyuubi's attack. So the Fourth? Was only Hokage for a year. That one there's actually no wiggle room on. Did not do the math before writing Kakashi Gaiden.
And yeah. I'm sorry, but there's no /way/ Kakashi passed that exam at 6. None. Not even Kakashi, who is clearly supposed to be the most uber genius child ever. My annotation on that line is "really, Kishimoto? really?"
