Whoa, I should have said something earlier about this! sorry! You'll be fine. you'll do great! These men (probably all men) are professionals and are interested in -- I know it's hard to believe -- protecting you and society at large from bad guys. They are not interested in scaring you or intimidating you. They may want justice more than you do because all you want to do is get on with your life.

It will be fine. You'll do great. If the DA is there, then yes, he or she is interested because there may be a case -- which never, ever goes to trial. And if they think that your hazy recollection will screw things up, they aren't going to risk a good case. In this, try to trust them to do their jobs.
