Well, I have achieved plot to go along with my previous achievement of scenario. The plot rules out certain elements I'd wanted to include -- or at least requires me to background them -- but it also drastically reduces the contortions inherent in some other potential ways of playing with the basic scenario.

There will still be acres upon acres of world-building, because A) I cannot help myself and B) I do still have to do some serious contortions to make this work, but eh, whatever.

And now, I write!
