This is a response to the

nffr_party weekly prompt #4: natural disasters. Because apparently I have a Thing about Narnia and apples, and also I have long been slightly uneasy about the potential aftereffects of the magical flood-what-flood? thaw in LWW. Susan POV, because A) I needed a thematic through-line of some sort and B) I like Susan. :-)

Dedication: Susan's journey to accepting Narnia as her new home is not easy, either within or without. (1,050 words)
