I will be driving down in the morning instead.

This is because today was a Day From Hell (TM), courtesy of Thanksgiving-related schedule weirdness (so the Elmira delivery came one day early), an incompetent delivery driver (so our weekly magazine shipment came one day late), and P&K's impeccable ability to have their orders arrive at whatever is the most inconvenient possible time. Also new scratch-off lottery tickets, part of a supply order, and a small book delivery, just for grace notes.

Basically it was madness from about ten minutes after I arrived at 11am until about ten minutes before I punched out at 5:30pm, and I am completely and utterly brain-fried. There was no way in hell I was up for a four hour drive in the dark. So I walked directly home, ate oatmeal for dinner (because the nice part of being an adult is the ability to eat whatever you feel like whenever you want to!), put a nice new wax melt into my warmer so as to make my apartment smell pretty, and am going to hit the sack early so as to be able to hit the road early Wednesday morning.

I might try writing a bit before I go to sleep, but I'm honestly not sure if my brain is quite up for even that level of work.
