Yeah, Office 15? Is basically an empty folder. I was looking through Explorer last night, not just the search function (because I completely agree that the search function is broken and useless), and the Office that downloaded to my computer -- BOTH TIMES -- is a non-program.

I will try downloading it again from scratch, and the help chat one more time, and then I am going to take the laptop to Best Buy and tell THEM to call Microsoft and fix this, or I want my money back and/or a new download code number for no charge.
