The trick is to keep their POV sections congruent with their actions in the other sections, which is sometimes awkward -- mostly because I start filtering characters through the viewpoint character's interpretation of them -- but when it works, I think I kind of like this multiple-POV thing. (It's still an experiment for me; I never wrote a multiple POV story before last November!)
