Oh, hey, yeah, adding something to a 'ritual' instead of trying to do two 'rituals' at once might be a better way to approach trying to squeeze little bits of exercise into a daily routine.
I should really find some basic yoga tutorials on YouTube and see if I can approximate a few of the stretches. I know I have lost a great deal of the flexibility I used to have (oh, for the days when I regularly did gymnastics...), but that can be regained with patience. :)
