What I did last night and this morning: worked on chapter 9 of "Secrets," outlined some future chapters in detail -- that means actual scene by scene breakdowns instead of just 'stuff like this should happen in here' -- and continued my haphazzard packing, since I'm moving out in a week and a day.

I also went back to reread chapters 6, 7, and 8, to make sure I was keeping internal continuity, and realized that I had to retcon some rooster feathers into chapter 8. Otherwise some of Ginny's revelations make no sense, and there's no context for some of the lines Tom quotes to Harry down in the Chamber. (I have decided that Tom's paraphrasing rather than strictly quoting, but I still need to give him something to work with!)

So I will have to get that change posted at some point.
