Today was one of those Days From Hell. Hordes of people, not enough sleep, too much to do, random phone calls, deliveries, the lotto rep dropping by, customers three times crazier than usual, hardly a minute to catch your breath, plus my left knee decided to go on strike around 1pm and every time I thought of buying Advil, we got swamped again and I forgot.

MS and I went out for a drink once we got off at 4pm.

I needed it.

...

Which is, of course, why I don't usually keep alcohol in my apartment. It would be all too easy to get into bad habits. :-)
