Susan's party, etc.
Jun. 6th, 2004 12:36 amThis evening was Susan's graduation party, to which I naturally went. We were thinking of seeing Troy afterward, but ended up watching the Stanley Cup finals instead, which was probably more interesting, all things considered. And I got to try an ice wine, which was interesting. It had a good fruity flavor, though it wasn't something I'd want more than just a few sips of... it's very sweet and thick.
Also, this morning I learned how to wrap the blisters on Pat's legs. These are healing much better than the last set; I think the new doctor has the right idea in keeping them totally dry rather than washing them and using lots of gooey ointments. They're going to leave much smaller marks than the last one -- you can still tell where it was by the large reddish patch of skin, nearly two years later. *sigh*
Evening classes start Monday. Why am I doing this again?
