My mom is up for a visit. She arrived shortly after 7:30pm, while I was putting away my laundry. We tried to go to Simeon's, and then to the tapas place, but their waiting lists were 30-45 minutes long, so we ended up at Ragman's instead. (Not that Ragman's is bad! They do very nice sandwiches.)

Then we came back to my place and had pflaumenkuchen, and now I am off to bed because we have a longish day planned tomorrow.
