"Secrets" ch. 13 rough draft is done at 11,425 words! Yay! I will print it out tomorrow and attack it with the Editing Pen of Death on Monday or Tuesday, when I will, theoretically, have a touch more perspective.

In the meantime, I should start on ch. 14. *sigh*

The Thing with the Coca-Cola shipment was solved on Friday. It turns out that I was asking the wrong question.

I asked everyone if they had sent a case of Revive Vitamin Water to the mall. Nobody had. You would think this would make people realize that one case had gone missing, and speak up if they knew what had happened to said case, but you would be wrong.

It turns out that I needed to specifically ask BW, "Did you open one case of Revive Vitamin Water and put it on the shelves and out in the cooler?" to which he promptly said, "Oh, yes, of course -- it was completely empty out there."

You would think that after two days of people going around saying, "There appears to be a shortage in the Coca-Cola order," he would think to offer this information, but no, apparently that's too much to ask.
