Am behind on my life. God, I hate being sick. I lose so much time.

Anyway. "Finding Marea" is now at 11,400 words, so help me. And I wrote 150 words of "Undertow," too. Yay me!

Parents visit tomorrow for Mother's Day weekend. Winery tours, probably. Should be fun.

We hit Americana Vineyards, Lucas Vineyards, and Sheldrake Point Vineyard & Cafe going up the western side of Cayuga -- we would've stopped at Frontenac Vineyard as well, but they were closed. From what I can recall of previous winery tour attempts, Frontenac is always closed. I can't figure out how they stay in business.

Anyway, it threatened to rain, off and on, and did rain in brief showers now and then, but we got a picnic lunch in the sun and stopped at the overlook viewpoint for Taughannock Falls as well, so it was a good day. We also went out for dinner at Simeon's, a nice local restaurant and bar on the Commons.
