Things to do on Tuesday:

-Continue Yuletide canon review
-Get back ahead of my Spanish exercises (shouldn't be too hard)
-Boil eggs
-Steam broccoli
-Walk into town and buy bread
-Cut my fingernails
-Call Susan 2pm
-Call Vicky 5pm
-Work on my next mini-ficlet prompt
-Do some minor repairs on a pair of black jeans
-Listen to more audiobook lectures on the Etruscans (probably while sewing and walking)
-Finally get around to answering that one long and thoughtful AO3 comment, since somebody unrelated has now left an equally long and thoughtful comment in response and I... uh... it's not quite a "You are interrogating the text from the wrong perspective" situation, but I think both commenters are operating from a certain fundamental assumption about the purpose of fiction that I don't share, and are consequently surprised/upset by stuff that I either thought was obvious or don't conceptualize as a dichotomy. (Also the second person and I clearly have different interpretations of the canon in question, which are also doubtless affecting their interpretation of my own work.) So I'd like to engage with them in respectful disagreement and clear the issue out of my inbox.

...

That seems like plenty to be getting on with. :)
