edenfalling

I was hoping this would be a relatively shallow cold and I'd be able to do building inspections today, but alas, it is a deep cold. And so while I can tell it's progressing in such a way that it's moving along toward its inevitable end, right now I feel even more exhausted than yesterday. Also I am now sneezing a bunch and my eyes are burning/watering at random intervals. So it looks like another slow day in the office.

I'm not even sure I'll be able to do much by way of reading. I may just curl up in my hoodie and nap on my desk until something interrupts me. *sigh*

Viruses are awful. I strongly disrecommend them.

Ugh! At least is is moving quickly, even if that's very little comfort while being run down by the virus-bus.

Yeah. I did actually nap on my desk for half an hour -- after which I still feel awful, but at least my eyes feel a bit less burned and leaky and I've been able to string some words in reasonable order. One perseveres, I suppose.
