I decided that Sunday was a "do as close to nothing as you can manage" day, in the interest of recharging after Saturday. Sometimes you just need to flop bonelessly on the couch and sort of contemplate the zen of small things, you know?
Anyway, today was again VERY BUSY at the rental company office, though I did manage to get through all the relevant things and even took the time to change the drum in our printer/copier -- the machine had been throwing "hey, replace the drum!" error messages for... oh, months... but you can let that slide for a lot longer than the manufacturers want you to think. But the copy quality was starting to get a little faded, and we were starting to run through toner cartridges a little too fast, so I figured it was finally time to make the swap.
I did NOT manage to get any photos uploaded to our website (alas), but I presume things will have calmed down a bit by Thursday, which should give me a chance to plow through the remainder of that project and also find and/or reconstruct a floorplan that seems to have gone missing so I can finish getting our printouts ready for when we start tours after Labor Day.
Speaking of Labor Day, I'd completely blanked out on that being a thing and had been frantically trying to schedule around work on Monday, tax class sessions on Tuesday, and the need to get to New Jersey in time to pick up my parents' accumulated mail... but really, I can just drive down Monday morning or early afternoon and everything will be fine.
Um. Unless...
Hang on, got to go check a thing...
Okay, false alarm! I was suddenly worried that I might have scheduled a blood donation on Wednesday the 4th, but it turns out that A) I can't donate again until September 10, and B) the donation I'd scheduled back in July was for late October. Since I made that appointment, several new blood drives have popped up on days I'm free and in places I can get to without great inconvenience, so I rescheduled to a drive on September 18. :)
And now I shall head off to bed, since I have a 90-minute web-based tax class session at 10am, plus a number of chores I want to get through during the rest of the day.
