Things done today:

1. Wrote four more Three Sentence Ficathon fills (one of which is twelve sentences, because reasons). I ought to come up with some prompts to leave over there for other people to fill, but my brain has been a little blank on that front, alas!

Tangentially, apparently The Magnus Archives is a new writing fandom for me as well as a reading fandom? By which I mean that seven of my eighteen 3-sentence fills to date are Magnus Archives fic, and only one of those was for a fandom-specific prompt. *hands* Brains are weird, you know? They do not always notify you when you're developing a potential new obsession and instead leave you to discover that after the fact.

2. On that note, listened to more episodes of The Magnus Archives, up through #137: Nemesis.

3. Deposited a check.

4. Returned a library book. Also checked out a new library book because it caught my eye and I am weak against the lure of new reading material. *wry*

5. Not the IRS 4-8:45pm. We were going to close up at five past eight since nobody had scheduled an appointment for the 8-9pm slot, but we got a walk-in client at about 7:56pm, so we stayed open until I finished their return. It was pretty simple, and on the bright side that did mean I caught the #30 bus that turns into the #17 and drops me off two blocks from my house rather than the #30 bus that drops me off downtown and I have to walk a mile home in the dark and the cold. *shrug*

6. Finished reading Six of Crows and started reading Turning Darkness Into Light, which is the new book I checked out this afternoon and therefore had on hand at the tax office. I'm going to set that aside and start Crooked Kingdom tomorrow, though, because Six of Crows ends on a hell of a cliffhanger.

And now I believe I will get ready for bed. :)
