I did not get nearly enough sleep last night/this morning, due to... I don't even know what it was, really. Some kind of intestinal discomfort that wouldn't resolve into either diarrhea or vomiting so it just went on and on and on, and kept causing a combination of queasy warm cramps and random stabbing pain.

Fortunately I still have a few ondansetron pills left over from when I had my kidney stone adventure (which I was given because they actually prescribed me some oxycodone and apparently that can cause nausea) so I took one to make my digestive tract knock it the fuck off and chill -- and also an oxycodone, because of the aforementioned random stabbing pain -- and was finally able to get some sleep. It was kind of thin and restless sleep, but still.

Anyway, today I am bleaching my shower curtain in the bathtub (because it develops mildew along the base over time) and also sprayed Lysol-with-bleach anti-mildew gunk on my bathroom ceiling, which I think is quite enough productivity for a day when I am still feeling like a wrung-out dishrag. I'm going to have some lunch and take a nap, and then maybe try writing and baking a loaf of banana bread in the evening.
