Things done today:

1. Worked 10am-3pm at the rental company office. It was a bunch of phone calls and emails, interspersed with explaining to a new tenant how to work the mini-blinds in their apartment (apparently they'd never encountered ratchets and cords before? ah well, guess that's a new explanatory blog post!), taking photos of electric meters, and helping Aunt Boss do some minimal staging on an apartment and then take photos and videos before the new tenants moved in.

2. Went to Target, where I bought new underwear (a 9-pack because discounts are my friend), new socks (a 10-pack of plain black crew socks, because I don't like to think in the mornings and that's easier if all my socks are plain black crews), and a bra that was on sale because entropy is inescapable and one always needs a few new bras each year. *sigh*

3. Bought groceries.

4. Wrote ~500 words of the Apartment Manager sidefic for the mini-ficlet prompt meme, bringing it to ~725 words total. It needs more sensory description of monsoon stuff, but eh, that's easy enough to backfill once I have the plot and character framework in place.

5. Continued slowly putting away clean laundry from Sunday.

And now I am going to bed. :)
