The public library has apparently found extra funding somewhere, and is now open on Sundays again! *dances in joy* Therefore, I am doing laundry today, since I can now get my internet fix without having to trudge up the icy hill to the university. Laundry is always tricky in the winter, because of work and weather and their evil collusive plots.

Also, I am reading John Gardner's Grendel, which is interesting on a philosophical level, but somewhat overwritten, especially the first two chapters. I would like to finally clear out my 'to be read' piles of books this year, and this was on top of the first stack, so...

We shall see how the rest of them go over the months.
