Finished chapter 3 of "More or Less the Same," but I'm not posting it yet. It wants some heavy revision toward the end, because right now, Todd is basically not a character. He's serving as Walking Exposition.

And Walking Exposition is never a good story choice.

*sigh*

This was my first day of Sunday school teaching. It went well. The kids are great -- loads of energy and you can't make them sit still for more than 10 minutes without some activity time -- but they're friendly and enthusiastic, and they share pretty well with each other.

This week we did an explanation of the Sabbath. We were supposed to be doing Rosh Hashanah. Oops. We'll do an explanation of Yom Kippur next week anyway. I have the most free time, so I suspect I'm the one who gets to make a dinky mock-up Book of Life for the kids. *sigh*

Oh! And I have leads on some potential non store-clerk jobs, which I will be following up tomorrow. *crosses fingers*
