I got my New York state income tax form (and instruction booklet) today during my break. First I went to City Hall; they told me to try the post office. At the post office, they told me to try Town Hall. (The city of Ithaca and the town of Ithaca are not the same thing. Don't ask.) At Town Hall, they pointed me to a paper stand and a collection of boxes and said it was in one of them. Naturally, the boxes weren't organized or labeled at all.
*grumble*
Nevertheless, I have my form and a spare copy, and I plan to work out the numbers tonight.

I wrote another
thirtyforthree ficlet last night, which brings me to 19 of 30 completed. This one seems to tie in to Touch, which is interesting to me since all the others have been standalones. (Well, discounting the one that's an actual chaptered thing, but I planned that one long, whereas all the others have been planned as one-shots.) It's also a Hermione POV, and it's nearly a thousand words long, which makes it longer than any of the other ficlets (again with the exception of the chaptered story).
I didn't mean to write a Hermione POV, but she started lecturing me about Time Turners and it kind of snowballed from there. *sigh*

I would like to state, for the record, that I hate, loathe, and despise the cappuccino machine at work. *nods firmly*
