I finished the second draft of my

femgenficathon story last night. I still think it's kind of flabby and 'meh,' but I fixed the inexcusable canon error and corrected some minor other goofs.

Anyway, of my two HP betas, one is on vacation and the other is dealing with a recent move, a new job, and wedding plans. I don't want to dump this on them.

Is anyone willing to beta read "Along the Way" for me? I'm looking for a critique of story flow, narrative tone, characterization, theme, and coherance rather than a strict spelling-and-grammar check (though more eyes hunting typoes are always welcome!). I also would like a canon check, because I know I have a tendency to forget stupid things. (Like, in this case, the fact that Hermione had two children, not one. *headdesk*)

I would like to have the story back by next Wednesday, if possible.
