And here I am, back to writing about Jadis. Hurrah for creepy backstory in Charn! (Warnings for... um... sociopathy, death, unwilling suicide, familial dysfunction, severe societal dysfunction, and emotional abuse of a child. Look, Jadis's father is just as creepy as she is, and he's teaching her how to be a princess of Charn. That is never going to be pretty or non-traumatic.) 425 words

I do not like this business of not drinking Coca-Cola at work. I was already drinking tea in the evenings, but Coke wakes me up when I arrive at the smoke shop, and tea just does not deliver the same kick.

Hopefully I will adjust sooner rather than later, because I've been dragging for the past few days.
