Oh my god.
Holy shit.
I. Um. That is.
I think I just finished ch. 15 of "Secrets."
...
In rough draft only, of course, and I still have to write the epilogue, but I finished the final scene. (And honestly, the story can probably stand on its own without the epilogue. I just really, really want the epilogue. For reasons. And stuff.)
It has been eleven years almost exactly since I started writing this damn story, and I just. I don't know how I feel about this.
I think I might be done?
...
Okay, definitely time for bed. I need to go process this and clearly being awake is not helping that endeavor.

(8,650 words, by the way. Which makes a total of 153,000 words for the whole story. Not counting the epilogue, obviously, since I haven't written it yet, but. Um. That's a lot of words. And a lot of years. And a lot of my own personal issues that I wrote into the story without quite meaning to at first, and then had to work out how to resolve my own shit by resolving Ginny's problems, which was kind of a head trip in places. In a good way, mostly. But still.
Um.
Yeah.
Bed.)
