The Human Society sent me a request for money (I hate the way a zillion charities seem to have my address) with free address labels and a 'personalized' notepad as a guilt/gratitude inducement. The little form on which you check your contribution level -- should you choose to contribute -- even has a line saying "And thank you for my Personalized Notepad and Colorful Name Labels, they will come in handy."
Firstly, this is bad grammar.
Secondly, the labels are for a man by the name of Craig Griffin, who doesn't even live in the same state I do.
