Planning space battles is hard. I am currently tossing ideas around, playing with various options and strategies, and trying to make sense of the logistics and timing and stuff. No actual wordcount progress there today.

(I wrote 400 words of "Harvest" instead; I have about wrapped up Ekanu's conversation with Lya-Lya about fasting prayers and stuff, and am ready to move on to Ekanu's conversation with Laefa about going to Vinaeo. Then I can jump back ahead to Ekanu and Denifar on the vision islet.)

But! Wordcount, shmerdcount. The important thing is that I finally have a title. The story heretofor known as 'the untitled Star Trek: AOS Red Cross story' -- or some variation thereof -- shall henceforth be known as "Intervention." So there.
