The parkour thing is there because I had never heard of it at the time and that sentence is the only explanation the woman provided... which unavoidably left me thinking "able to leap tall buildings in a single bound!" and wondering if she thought she had superpowers. These days I know what parkour is, but that is still not the way I'd explain it. *shrug*

I actually don't mind having a public-facing job, because I am terrible at human interaction in my free time. If I didn't have a job that forced me to deal with people, I would get no face-to-face human contact at all, which is VERY BAD for my mental/emotional health. I admit I could do with less random weirdness off the street, but you can't win them all.
