Gentle readers, I present to you the internet troll in its purest archetypal expression:

Elizabeth Culmer,

A new review has been posted to your story.

Story: Waking Persephone
Chapter: 1. Chapter 1

From: boots to asses (Guest)
-------------------

boots to asses:That little mutherfucking bird: Encouraging this racoon loving
bitch to break the rules is stupid, but you are a featherbrained retard, so
it's not surprising.

Also, if this bestiality addicted bitch can't stand the rules in Fanfiction.
net then she can pack her bags and leave. There's plenty of other internet
sites where they can upload their putrid garbage.

I just saw her livejournal and I'm surprised of how much time this bitch
spends hating on people who tells her she has to follow the rules. Fucking
bitch probably has no life and is glued to her laptop 24/7.

Sending emails to support crying because someone is telling her she's breaking
the rules? What a fucking whiny bitch! She blames others instead of taking
responsibility for her fuck ups so there is no chance in hell this whore is
over 30. I bet she's a 15 year old cocksucker who got kicked out of school for
fucking the teachers to get a passing grade.

I'm gonna keep reporting all her violations because this bitch doesn't deserve
to be here. All she deserves is to charge 1 dollar per blowjob.

Now, you motherfucking bitch, go lick your racoon's dick and never come back,
you're a waste of space in fanfiction. net and all you deserve is a kick in
the face and a leper to spit in your mouth.

Cheap whore.

Mr. Perfectionist
Proud moderator of Eliminator.

Some people make me very sad to share a species with them. (I also note that this bile-spewing anon and the other bile-spewing anon share the same misspelling of and obsession with raccoons. Fascinating, that. I wonder if ff.net records guest reviewers' IP addresses?)

And now to bed, because like today, tomorrow is a work day. :-)

Ugh, how awful. There IS a group on ff.net called Eliminator: http://www.fanfiction.net/forum/Eliminator/111885

And Mr. Perfectionist and Lifequasher both have accounts:

http://www.fanfiction.net/u/4172971/Mr-Perfectionist

http://www.fanfiction.net/u/3726052/Lifequasher

Lifequasher does note in his profile that he signs in for all his reviews, and if you received one unsigned, to ignore it, since it's not from him. I suppose you could be being used by someone trying to get revenge on Mr. Perfectionist and Lifequasher by signing their names to reviews they didn't leave, in the hopes that you'd report them and get their accounts deleted. Or they could be big dumb liars who think by not logging in, you won't be able to find them.

Maybe turn off anonymous commenting on your stories? Life's too short to receive that kind of gross hate speech in your inbox, especially from people who seem to delight in targeting people.

Boots to asses is Lifequasher, he is also Mr. Perfectionist and he is also Mr. Hanzo Hattori. That is something everyone in the Dragon Ball Z category knows because Boots started using his sock accounts there before he got banned the first time. Also, leaving anon reviews is a common practice of that troll because he can flame without you being able to report him. I can see you all are not used to dealing with *real* trolls, are you?

No wonder CU's mild reviews drove the journal's owner crazy the first time she got one. She had no idea what Eliminator could do.

Unfortunately for you, Eliminator members lurk both LU and CU and attack random people in their violation threads so you got tagged and from what I saw earlier, the Homestuck fandom can look forward to a troll infestation by Boots and his gang of trolls.

Good job getting Eliminator in your fandom. And this happened before in the Hetalia and Hellsing fandoms, when Eliminator lurked us at LU.

Heh, I looked through their forum and it's rather hilarious how many of them bitch about "spelling and grammer." I can't say I'm surprised she thinks "all of your story" are "under violation" - most of them don't seem to be particularly bright or self-aware.

Yeah, I understand why you wouldn't want to turn it off and it doesn't have to be forever (and I will point out that if anons with good intentions want to comment, it's very easy to create a ff.net account). I just think anon commenting is a privilege, not a right, and you're under no obligation to give people a forum to spew misogynistic hate speech and threats at you.

Since these people are clearly hiding behind the anonymity, thinking they can say what they want with no repercussions (Lifequasher says this flat out: "You can't report this review bitch, I didn't sign in so that you can't stalk me like you do those CU assholes"), it just seems like shutting off anon comments - at least temporarily - would be a good course of action.

Grey seems to be fairly reasonable, at least relative to that group. On their forum, she says it's "unlikely" that your other stories will be pulled because they're "old", so perhaps they've all moved on to fresher meat.
