This is the familiar form of address between friends. Not sure how this could be modified to add flirtatious subtext with the words themselves; saying it in my head I think they would remain the same but the tone would switch. Although that could be sleep-deprivation speaking. But! I can guarantee that the translation/grammar is correct.
