end-of-year writing plans

I said I was either going to finish "The Dragon Debacle" by the weekend or post it as a permanent fragment. Well, I didn't finish it... but I have been making regular -- albeit very slow -- progress, so I'm going to give myself another week. It's currently at 3,600 words and I'm just reaching the big dramatic action scene part. Which I, um, still have not worked out any firm details of. *headdesk* I have some vague sketchy possibilities, but I guess I will just wing it and see what happens.
Once I get that done, it's back to work on "Trollstuck," and once I get that done, I am going to reread chapters 1-15 of "The Guardian in Spite of Herself," format them for AO3 (possibly editing a bit as I go), and settle down to work on chapter 16.
Yuletide and Ladystuck will happen in and around that as deadlines require. And I'll probably write some random other stuff as well, because I remain very distractible. But that's my plan.

Date: 2014-11-05 09:50 pm (UTC)I will miss your work in Narnia -- and I am very sorry portions of the fandom have treated you so badly -- but you should go wherever your fannish joy leads and you feel comfortable. I will continue to read your stories with interest. :-)
