Yesterday evening, I planted my remaining five seeds, for a total of thirty-three potential peppers. :-)

Of the first batch of seventeen, planted on March 15, fifteen have now sprouted. Very exciting!

The second batch -- eleven seeds planted on March 25 -- probably won't do anything visible until at least April 8, assuming they follow the same trajectory as their older siblings. And the last batch won't sprout until tax day, give or take.

...

I bought six extra pots last weekend, but I think I may need to buy another batch. I will definitely need more potting soil!
