belated Yuletide assignment reaction post
Nov. 2nd, 2015 11:19 pmMy reaction upon receiving my Yuletide assignment was, more or less, "Oh, okay; I can write that; that's easy." And then secondarily, "I wonder if I should maybe ask the mods to ask my recipient if I can do [thing], because while [thing] doesn't exactly match the 'prompt' part of the prompt, it does match some stuff in the 'letter' part that's appended to each prompt, and while I like the prompt a lot, I like [thing] even more. Because of reasons."

You know, I think I will email the mods after all. There is no harm in asking, and then I will know for sure one way or the other.
