It's more changing minor characters' names, switching the 'civilians' from Anbu to jounin (since revealing the identities of your secret forces to foreign ninja is pretty stupid), adding a time limit to the second test, clarifying the mechanics of different genjutsu types... things like that. Little continuity fiddles.
